Hey, I have a mac question.. I can't for the life of me find the character palette on my computer. i know it's there, cause it even mentions it on this site:

But I can't find where there's an option/menu to open Character Palette in Font Book... Word has absolutely no characters on macs, so it would really be helpful for all those Greek letters and such. :)

Oo! Wait, that did't work. But I finally figured out how to do it normally. FYI:
Go to System Preference -> International -> Input Menu. Make sure "Character Palette" and "Show input menu in menu bar" are checked. Then click on the US flag on the desktop menu, and click on Character Palette. Yay! Lots of symbols!
